Re: Innosetup binaries for 21.5.32 and later

I do not currently have access to a Windows machine I can use to
build
the setup kits. I do not currently have any plans to do this, I might
be able to resurrect an old XP VM I have lying around, but I probably
won't have enough free time to investigate this until Christmas.
FWIW, I unearthed my old XP VM and am digging through the 21.5 sources
fixing up the 21.5 native Windows build. Since the Windows native
build doesn't use configure, there is config.inc machinery required to
support any new features (like TLS). Without access to a Windows
native machine, no one could make this stuff work. It's the opposite
of "write once, run anywhere". :-)
No promises when I can get this completed. After I get this one
working, I should really upgrade to new Visual Studio tools (or
mingw64) and W7, targeting a 32-bit runtime environment. But those
are longer-term goals.
