No. A warning please. The *last* thing I need is having my XEmacs
refuse to come up because the sysadmin went ahead and installed a
newer release of a package I intentionally didn't upgrade because I
have some issue or other that needs resolving first (the new version
has a bug I can't live with, or I need to convert some file format, or
whatever).
