Maybe it's the same one, maybe not. A backtrace from _your_ crash
would help.

At least one GC bug that Gnus regularly provoked was fixed in 21.4.9.
Please update to the most recent version and see if you can reproduce
your bug. If so, M-x report-xemacs-bug RET and attach a C backtrace
with symbols in it. If possible, also attach a message with an image
that triggers the problem for you.
There's not much we can do if you can't provide a way for _us_ to
replicate it, or at least a meaningful backtrace (ie, compiled with -g
and not stripped).
