There is at least one problem with it and that is the commenting out
of the sys_siglist[] in syssignal.h. However the comment above that in
syssignal.h might indicate that configure can't find it on newer
cygwin versions either!? Anyway just commenting out will break on
older versions of cygwin. So at least here it is obvious that a proper
fix is needed. ;-)
