Uhm. I did a
$ grep -r DEFINE_DETECTOR src/
and I don's see anything except for UTF*, UCS, iso2022, big5 and
shift-jis.
No wonder it does not know about koi8-r :) What's the status of
additional detectors now? Will Ben write missing ones himself, or is
it expected that someone takes this job? :) Or they aren't really
missing?
