XEmacs has supported it for longer than I've used XEmacs
(unfortunately for those who might get caught by it).

I apologize for my dig at Emacs, and ask that you try to be more
helpful.
I could have just quit after you calling me "just paranoid" instead of
giving an explicit example of a problematic case.
You complain about me not being helpful enough, but it is not like it is
an easy or rewarding task to get help crammed down your throat.
