I removed that site includes, and switched to with-file-coding, and now it works. I don't know if that's relevant. I'll send this off... and after the build stops, I'll see if it seg faults again... this time with-mule, w/o the site-includes... if not... anyway, I'll experiment and see if I can get it to crash again.
