I didn't actually try it out because the keyboard is much faster for
me. :-)
However, on trying it just now, you're right. I can't get any text
into that field, even though it's there. Perhaps in this mode with
Motif, it's using the motif text-field instead of the athena one?
I'll try to look in to it, but I don't grok X at all.
