GTK 1 support has been removed from the trunk.

I’ve just merged Jeff Sparkes’ GTK-2-and-greater branch into the trunk code, and imported the branch wholesale into the trunk. I intended to develop for GTK-2-with-pango by default from here on in, though of course I will support X11.
