[Bug: 21.4.19] typo in link in last installation screen on windows (Information)

Dear Bug Team!
See the following text in the information screen of the installation
to xemacs 21.4.19 on Windows:
Refer to the XEmacs Quickstart Package Guide -
http://www.xemacs.org/Documentation/packageGuide.htmll#Installing_automat...
-> there are two "l"s in .html , so the link doesn't work.
(Note this bug report was done in a different (older) version of xemacs).
