Please send your Installation. It sounds possible to me that you're
not getting the Lucid scrollbars, but rather Athena, or perhaps vice
versa. There have been a number of revisions to the configure code
with regard to setting defaults, so that could have changed without
you changing your configure options.
I've done some work on the lwlib code itself, including all of the
self-contained widgets such as menubars (very little that should
affect scrollbars), but as far as I know that's contained to the
sjt-xft branch. You're describing the mainline, right?
Yes, I am using mainline. I believe that I am getting Athena,
but I was sure I always got Athena, or rather Xaw3d. My configure asks for
them. I haven't updated the Xaw3d library since I last remember the
scrollbars having changed. If I change to lucid where I have Athena in my
configure, should I see a difference? Also, I notice a stray --with-gnome,
not supposed to be there--I mean I mistakenly added that. I will try the
configuration without it to see how that goes.
