Supercite orphaned [was: [BUG] introduced in supercite ?]

Well, there we go: supercite is officially orphaned. (I was gonna quote it, but didier did already <mux7l9ywwdj.fsf(a)uzeb.lrde.epita.fr>.) We should remove the reference to supercite-help(a)python.org in our package source, and set the maintainer to XEmacs Developers, I guess.
