JDE package updated to 2.2.8
I have finally finished the sync, and hopefully it was worth it since I have
spent quite a while making sure everything works under Windows. I actually
discovered a few bugs in the cygwin version of XEmacs, which I will release
fixes to as soon as I branch 21.4 for windows. There is also a fix required
for browse-url under cygwin.
I don't know when a binary release will be available given Steve's current
computer problems.
