Re: FTP/EFS problems?
FSF NTEmacs is now using Microsoft's FTP.EXE.
They send it a spurious "help foo" request, and that unhangs it from
whatever it was hung up on and it works fine from then on. You might
want to take a look at the FSF 20.3 ange-ftp.el to get the details.
