Please note that for most packages, all the coding work is in creating
a few admin files (the Makefile and package-info.in), and is basically
done once and never again. So Torsten might very well appreciate if
you contribute the XEmacs-compatible Makefile, and after that all he
needs to do is an extra CVS check-in (to our repository) with every
change. Or he can even use our repository.
Whether you want to do that for him or not depends on whether you
think you might want to get more involved in package development in
the future.
