I'm not sure, but this is the last patch that I applied to 21.4.9.
That's already in 21.4.9 Windows [3], though (I just did a diff), so
you should have seen this before.

* fileio.c (Ffile_truename): on cygwin using win32 normalize to
win32 format.
* realpath.c (xrealpath): normalize drive spec also so that dir
sep chars are not mixed on cygwin.
Adrian Aichner is reporting file-truename problems on Windows 2000, he
uses a native build AFAIK.
