I would also prefer xemacs-base since then it would work with 21.4.
Ah, that's what I meant by "Vin (== 21.4 Release Manager) needn't
decide".:-) Sorry for not being explicit.
Also, as Steve Y. points out, SXEmacs gets it without redundant effort
that way, which is important to us.
