Suggestion while you are at the e-mail list reorg:
Add to subject line before distribution a tag:
[xemacs] RFC: Mailing list cleanup
and
Re: [xemacs] RFC: Mailing list cleanup
Only add tag if missing (i.e., typically, a tag will not be needed for a
reply since it will have been added on original distribution).
Makes sorting, organizing, and spotting the e-mail in my inbox a LOT easier
(other lists do it and it is a HUGE help).
