XEmacs Issue 35 (was: CVS down?)

I have pushed out issue 35 to

and
http://www.us.xemacs.org/About/XEmacsServices.html#issue35
I can't push it to
http://www.dk.xemacs.org/About/XEmacsServices.html#issue35
which is part of the incident.
