Have you recompiled the file under 21.5 (should not be necessary, the
byte-codes of 21.4 are supposed to be upward compatible to 21.5, but the
byte-codes of 21.4 and 21.5 are different so can't be 100% sure)?
Did you then reload it?
Have you restarted XEmacs (usually not necessary if you recompile and
reload, but eval-whens and macros can have strange interactions)?
