Even if you set interprogram-{cut,paste}-function to nil, you can
still use C-insert and Sh-insert to copy between XEmacs and other
applications.
I set interprogram-cut-function to nil and Ctrl-W & Meta-W didn't cause
the loop anymore. But pressing the "Copy" button caused the loop again :-(
I've now recompiled it using athena widgets and dialogs and the problem
is gone. Also "gtk" worked OK but unfortunately that is still GTK1 and
not GTK2 :-(
