Fifth argument PROTOCOL is a network protocol. Currently 'tcp
(Transmission Control Protocol) and 'udp (User Datagram Protocol) are
supported. When omitted, 'tcp is assumed.
I haven't looked too closely into that, but I don't think it would
work for me. I think I'd run into the same sorts of problems as with
zenirc's dcc sends...
