cannot allocate colors

Hello, I installed Xemacs for a client and though it installed smoothly and she can start a sesion she is reporting errors. Below is a cut and paste of an e-mail she sent me with the error message. I want to note that I tried a couple of different things, believing it to be netscape related, but they did not seem to make much difference.
