sumo-2005-01-18: problem when formatting mew-ja.info
when updating the SuSE package containing the XEmacs packages
by building from a CVS checkout of the "sumo-2005-01-18" tag,
I encountered the problem that mew-ja.info could not be formatted by
XEmacs. XEmacs complained that regexp-opt was missing.
I fixed the build with the attached patch. Is that patch OK?
