RE: Announcements ?
The first one I saw this week was Steve Baur's 'beta39-pre5 --
Developer's edition' message on the beta list last night, corresponding
to the appearance of the first b39 patch in testing. Steve followed
this with another message that contained pre6 in its entirety.
People have alluded to b39-pre versions all week, but they were
obviously getting theirs by CVS. Wondering where all the excitement
was, I subscribed to the 'patches' list, only to discover that I hadn't
been missing much.

I haven't seen any but I have seen build reports for them
I am not subscribed to patch-xemacs so maybe I'm missing them on there
