No, there doesn't seem to be. If I go to the parent (direct link
http://anonscm.debian.org/hg/xemacs/), I can access at least some of
the other public branches, but the public release branches "xemacs"
and "xemacs-beta" just seem to be missing.
Do you really see "branches"? I see a bunch of directories, including
"xemacs" and "xemacs-beta":
