This is a known problem, I think, very recently reported. You have
Wine installed, no?
Please provide the config.log up to that point. This will help us see
if we need to make further tests (there was a different library cited
in earlier reports, if they are the same problem).
I believe we know how to deal with it, but I haven't gotten around to
looking at those patches for application to 21.4 yet. Probably will
be in 21.4.4.

Possibly you're using an FTP client (seems unlikely in Red Hat 6.2,
but you could check) that EFS doesn't know about or an ancient EFS.
If you're behind a firewall, configuring EFS to tell FTP to use
passive mode might help. Finally, there have been recent reports of
new problems with EFS, but I think they are only for the version in
pre-test. The long-term fix is to provide alternative transports
(HTTP, wget, etc) for the packages, but this is not done yet.
