21.0-b67
Even though Steve Baur is momentarily out-of-the-loop, couldn't
somebody with write access to the FTP server just remake the 21.0-b67
tarball with the "version.sh" fixed and the "67" deleted from the
name? We've probably spent more time explaining and discussing the
packaging error, apologizing for it and promising that 21.1 will be
better, than it would have taken to simply fix the error. I'd do it
myself if I had write permission on ftp.xemacs.org.
