VM bug in 21.0.66 and sumo-03-12
One of the users here has run into a problem with the VM in the latest
sumo (03-12) tarball and 21.0.66.
From "xemacs -vanilla" and an empty .vm file, M-x vm
produces an
error.
The traceback is appended.
However, the sumo tarball from 03-01 doesn't produce this error.
