Changed *scratch* message?
Eek, who changed the scratch message to be so huge? Could we please
have the old, terser, message back?
Rationale:
* What C-something means is explained on the splash screen. Someone
who doesn't know that will ignore the message anyway.
* The idea of the message is to be informative, but as short as
possible, so that you can ignore it.
