Following Backtrace was produced by invoking an HTML menu with button3
with edebug-defun active for sgml-popup-menu.
sgml-popup-menu returns what `sgml-xemacs-get-popup-value' returns to
it.
sgml-popup-menu(#<buttondown-event button3> "Element"
(("a" . "a")
("address" . "address")

Have you tried this in an Native NT built XEmacs? It does work fine
on Solaris, NOT on Windows NT.
