Maybe. Linking with this is dependent on HAVE_TOOLBAR macro, which is
dependent on HAVE_XPM, which I have set to 0. that's because I had
trouble linking with the win32 pre-compiled xpm stuff.
I have just downloaded the source for xpm, jpeg, png, etc. I will now
build everything and see what happens.
Success. After I twiddled xemacs.mak references to i.exe. :-/
