site-lisp NEWS
The NEWS file says site-lisp is now deprecated, as we all know.
However, the NEWS file should say what to do instead of site-lisp. I
know this was briefly discussed a while back, but my local mail
archive doesn't go back that far, so I don't remember what the
solution was. (I have --with-site-lisp.)
