Tramp now requires Texinfo 4.2 with the ＠copying command because
Richard wanted it that way. Is this also okay for the XEmacs folk or
should I add some workaround?
(Previously, the HTML version of Texinfo files often didn't have any
copying information at all because you had to include the copying
information manually in the different formats. The ＠copying command
takes care of putting the information into all formats.)
