No just the package. You need a (require 'toolbar-fancy) in your
.emacs. That should be all. What is the value of toolbar-mail-icon
after you customized the icons?
Do I need to recompile?
I found the entry about Paths and don't see how that's relevant as
I've been able to up-grade Gnus without recompiling.
