I took a look. Fedora 17 has unpatched editres 1.0.5, unpatched
libXaw 1.0.11, and unpatched libXmu 1.1.1.
Thanks for checking. It's something platform-related, not XEmacs
(most likely) since the other two apps I tried (GNU Emacs and XTerm)
both fail on both platforms, and the libraries I build XEmacs with are
up to date on both platforms (this is not necessarily true of editres
or libXmu as distributed by Apple, but it is true on Gentoo).
