Re: Local Variables not reset by revert-buffer?
I'm working with XEmacs 21.4.9 and my Local Variables aren't
being updated.
With GNU Emacs 21.3 and XEmacs 21.4.8, after editing the Local Variables at the
end of the file and saving, if I do a (revert-buffer t t); the new values will
be recognized. However, this doesn't work in 21.4.9. Any ideas?
ISTR there have been reports about revert-buffer without query being
broken in 21.4.9, and I believe it has been fixed in CVS. Dig around in
the xemacs-beta/xemacs-patches list archives for more information.
