I don't maintain highlight-headers. Given what it does, I don't
see that it needs much maintenance provided no one breaks it by
changing the APIs that it uses.
XEmacs' version of RMAIL was probably hacked to use highlight-header
during the JWZ era. I put hooks into VM to optionally use it around
the same time. I haven't revisited the code since then except to
conditionalize use of it once the package system came into existence.
Ok, thanks for the information. Looks like a rarely used package..
