I know. I was aware of that when I said I thought these were closest
to XEmacs workflow. :-( I'm afraid we're going to have to build our
own, really. All the projects that are successfully using BTSes that
I know of either (1) have money to enforce the seriousness of the
effort, or (2) are spin-offs from such an environment, or (3) are
basically one-man shows at the top.
