[Bug: 21.4.19] smooth vscroll-{up,down}

================================================================ Dear Bug Team! I would like to use a smooth line scrolling which is available in several text editors and web browser (like firefox). Unfortunatly I could not find a way to scroll one line by displaying intermediate glyphs positions, i. e. moving on a pixel basis instead of a line basis. Could you add an option for smooth scrolling (it make it easiers for the eyes and thus headaches) ?
