But, that doesn't mean people should not start synching their favorite
Emacs lisp file does it? Having done this poorly in the past, I can
say that it can be very time-consuming. Most likely you will finish
what you are doing before a complicated package like comint or gnus
is working. And, even so, then it goes in the pre-release, or whatever
it is called, and stays there for ages ;o)
