More or less. $srcdir/lisp/unicode.elc gets dumped into the binary,
so the shadow should not be a problem in practice.

Yes. You can remove the package if you are exclusively using XEmacs
= 21.5.7.

No, it's not normal. The spam filter didn't like your host's name,
which appears in the Installation file. Fixed.
Everybody: if you experience a delay of more than 6 hours, it's
probably the spam filter. Please report to
xemacs-mailmaint(a)xemacs.org.
BTW, upgrading Tux's spamassassin will not make it unnecessary to
maintain our own filters; I have a recent spamassassin on my
workstation, and it still passes about 45% of the spam caught by our
extra filters. In any case there are folks like Joachim who need to
be whitelisted, but whitelisting on "From" is not necessarily
appropriate.
