I'm not sure why you're getting Unknown/Bad PNG messages (can you send
me some info about your install?)
I have b50 running on a HP-UX 10.20/visualize-eg and on a HP-UX
11.0/unknown-card box. The 10.20 version displays the images with some
allocated_nearest_color_returned_0 and the 11.0 just says bad encoding.
I am using the same versions off png/zlib for both.
