Oops, I guess that's somehow my fault. Either the Motif fix is broken (I
doubt that) or this is related to my fix for redisplay after widening.
I added calls to beginning_of_line_p() in some places (e.g. window.c I
think). Fset_window_buffer() should be one of them.
I am afraid I have NO way to debug this at the moment. As you can tell
from my email adress I just changed the university and have not yet found
a place to install the XEmacs sources. On these machines here they don't
even have XEmacs installed -- only FSF :-(
Can one of you guys check with a debugger what exactly is causing the
crash? BTW, is it only on HPUX?
Maybe this is some old problem which is only now exposed because of the
additional call to beginning_of_line_p. If you cannot fix it than back
out my redisplay patch for 21.0 and I will try again for 21.2 when I have
found the right maschine here.
