But both "I switched" and "interferes with productivity" are
objective
statements, not a subjective "blaming". Both of the bugs in this
thread _do_ seriously interfere with productivity for those affected.
If it's enough to make long-time users switch, we should take it
seriously, whether they comment politely or rant and rave.
That doesn't mean they'll always get what they want; I doubt Jamie at
his suavest would be able to convince Ben on the issue of owning the
clipboard. He may as well break out the flamethrower; it can't hurt
his cause. :^)
