bug updating a bug in your issue tracker

Hi, I'm trying to update issue #350 to note that it is very likely a duplicate of issue #331 (which I submitted). However, clicking the submit changes button gives the error: | DetectorError: Error: couldn't send email: {'glynn': (501, ': | recipient address must contain a domain')} followed by a long HTML-ified python backtrace. Could someone do something about this for me? It seems Vladimir recently updated this bug successfully, though I'm not sure how.
