It's funny the Motif part crept in at all (I've used this configure
options for some time now), but I now remember that something
installed openmotif on my machine, thus causing this wreckage. So I
only have to be stricter in my definitions.

I've got a tiling window manager (ratpoison), so dialogs are better
kept off, they cut no ice with me -> --with-dialogs=no :-)
