Well, this allows w3 to begin displaying a page, but there are then further
unrelated errors. Really someone who understands w3 needs to revisit all of
this under mswindows.

(mswindows-font-create-object): new functions for mswindows type
fonts.
The font.el stuff looks fine - it will be in the next beta version of
Emacs/W3, but god knows when that will be.
