Is there any pre-compiled-easy-to-install Xemacs (21.4.X) with mule
enabled? I only know about Mule disabled ones.
To my knowledge, no, there were extensive changes made to the 21.5 code base
to have Mule talk to the Win32 Unicode APIs that never made it into 21.4.
Importantly, there was no built-in C-level Unicode support in 21.4.
