Note that the volume probably needs changing (increasing) on them as well
since I get a large discrepancy between the xemacs sounds and other sounds
on my system.
I suggest you tar and gzip them and put them in incoming on
altair.xemacs.org. Steve can pick them up from there. Can anyone confirm
that PCM is the most widely used format for wav files under windows?
